Ovation Subscriptions - How They Work

Ovation likes to keep things simple, so we only charge you for the number of members you have on your team, and not a penny more. For every additional user you add, you get an additional 1 terabyte of space, which Ovation treats as a pooled user. For example, if you have 5 users, you'll get 5 terabytes of cloud storage provided by Ovation, available across all of your organization's projects and regardless of whether any individual member of your organization also serves as a team member on a project.

Because we know that many of the organizations that use Ovation have different requirements, we've made a couple of add-on's available. Need a HIPAA compliant database to store your data? No problem. Sign up on the billing screen for HIPAA compliance, we'll take care of all the paperwork to enroll you as soon as possible. Running low on space? No problem. You can add additional space to your account in additional 1 terabyte increments as needed.

For both of these add-ons, we'll show you the additional cost to your account when you add them. After that, will automatically bill you for any recurrent charges. And for those organizations that don't have access to a credit card to pay invoices, add a billing contact in the field provided. We'll send an invoice to that individual and take care of the payments without any risk that your service will continue.
